15 02 2008Lately I have been seeing more and more share investors indulging into the domains investing market. It had raised a query within myself, thus I had asked one of why they exists in this market. The answer from them is simple. Why risk your big amount of money just to earn 30-40% ROI? As the domains investing could return a profit of maybe around 500% to even 10,000%, why not venture into another type of growing market?
While they make sense, I have thought of another theory that is made up by a famous investor. The higher the risk, the higher the returns. I beg to differ as I do not really see a very high risk in the domains investment. This is because the initial cost would be at the minimal (including the annual renewal fees), but the returns is absolutely high in terms of percentage. As I do not invest into the share market myself, I think and agree completely with them.
