Future of pronouncables

29 03 2008

There are many types of LLLL.coms that exists in my portfolio. There are the single, double, triple premiums, the quad premiums (which I would not be liquidating until at least 2 years later), the pronouncables, the CVCV, the VCVC and also the double and triple lettered LLLL.coms. Although I would be comfortably sell off my single, double and triple premiums for a liquidity for the purchase of more quad premiums, the future of the pronouncables are still rickety and I could not possibly predict the prices of it in the future. This is because the pronouncables are closer to the brand ability of a website whereby the single, double and triple premiums are more to an acronym purchase basis. Should I rank the brandability or the ability for a name for an acronym for a company to fetch a higher price in the future? This would be the dilemma of the year.

Trust Source

There is already a research done when a person that needs immediate cash, the first thing that they would do is to search the internet for a resource of the method of obtaining payday loans. These immediate cash could be used for many reasons either for a settlement of a direct debt that might be in danger of causing a bad credit or worse, bankruptcy on the individual. There are also the more genuine reasons of emergencies in the matter of life and death of a loved one.

If you are searching for a payday loan online, you would be aware that there are more than hundreds of providers, thus it proves to be a hard task searching for one trusted and suitable one. Thats why you would need the assistance from a payday loans review website such as the Trust Source. There are many payday loans providers reviewed in Trust Source that encompasses the Additional Earnings, Maximum Wages Cash Advance and Silent Cash Loan Cash Advance whereby they are all equipped with a review, ratings from editors and end users and also the link to the respective payday loans itself.

Weird domainer

29 03 2008

I have bought 2 super premium LLLL.com from DN Forum from someone that I would not like to disclose. It is very funny that although he had dealt with me 2 times in history and the trust was there, I had to wait 2-3 days after paying USD1000 to his account for the domains to be pushed. He always had used the reason that he could not push it from Enom as the time does not allow for it to be pushed. I do not know what is up his sleeves but I am also worried that he might not do it. It is already the third day and he had also left my PMs unanswered. I saw that his last log in was yesterday and unless he was blind and failed to see my PMs, he should have at least replied me. This is the largest transaction that I have with him, thus resulting to me checking his last log on often. I would be disclosing his user name and email later (in 1-2 days) if the domains is still not pushed. Though I smell something fishy going on, it would be best to wait another few days.

The domains update

29 03 2008

I have currently bought more than 10 quad premium domains and I could say that I am half broke at the moment. My single, double and triple premium names with a Q in it is not doing so well and I could see that the prices are still dropping at a concerned level. Perhaps I should have followed some of the domainers who are more experienced to sell their names somewhere in January and February this year whereby the appreciation was a bit fake due to the hype and the new investors trying to jump into the LLLL.com game. The prices now has reflected the true self when the hype was over. Well, I would summarize that the domains investment be a bit similar to the shares investment whereby it all boils down to timing. I could not possibly predict the future of the LLLL.com, thus all I have to do not is to wait.

Loans and interest

25 03 2008

The loans market has become more and more competitive if we were to compare from the past 5 years. It is an interesting point of view whereby if one of the financial providers starts reducing their interest charges in terms of the rates, other banks would be in the trend to follow and exceed to be competitive. It has been to a level that there is nothing much to cut anymore in terms of rates as a further reduction would constitute to a loss to the bank. The future is bleak and all the financial providers are waiting for each other to start the first move to repeat the copycat marketing process. In the end, during these competition on the heated up process, the only one who are benefiting are the consumers themselves.

The Quad Premiums

25 03 2008

I have been purchasing more and more quad premiums, but I would say that it would be at a premium price that I had paid. As I had slowly increased my revenue in the internet advertising industry, I did not cash it out, but decided to reinvest it back into the quad premium LLLL.coms. Currently, I have around only 7 quad premiums, all purchased at the amount of under USD500. I would be looking at the amount of 20 by the end of the year, thus if each could reach to an amount being sold at USD2000 by the end of 2009, I would gain a direct profit of USD40,000. Perhaps I had calculate a bit on the optimistic side, but I see a difference in the bad lettered and premium LLLL.coms at the moment.

Time to buy

25 03 2008

With the fall of the recent prices of domains in the domains investment market, many have lost their confidence in the domains and whether there would be any demand in terms of end users for all their domains that the investors are holding. Well, to me, it would be possible, but not in the near future. Thus we see many domains being sold and auctioned out especially for the LLLL.com market. The recent downturn of the economy and the lost of confidence had bulled down the prices of domains. However, I have a different perspective on the current situation whereby it is time to buy and stock up rather than just sell everything off and quit the domains investment market as there certainly is a bright future ahead in terms of the virtual industry.

The fall of the domains market

25 03 2008

I had put up a list of more than 60 LLLL.coms around 5 days ago and till now, sadly, only 6 were sold. It is a mere 10% out of the total names that I had listed. From the trend that I had been seeing with the domains (yes, the entire domains market), it seeems to have slowed down quite a little. There are many speculations of why this is happening including the fact that the US individuals are more careful in spending their money especially on investments looking at how bad their economy is in now. Well, I guess that I have to replan my strategy as my plan to liquidate some of my LLLL.com to buy more premium domains has been dragged on for quite some time.

The CVCV

25 03 2008

We have seen many CVCV type of domains being transacted daily at a huge price. However, have we ever thought why the CVCV would be of such a great price? This is because the CVCV would generally be pronouncable such as jiku, dalo, taro and so on so forth. Oh, before I forget, the CVCV stands for Consonant, Vowel, Consonant, Vowel. Whenever the CVCV is concerned, every extension would bring a higher price than the rest for this type of domains. Further to that, the CVCV would generally be more brandable as compared to others because it is a short domain, pronouncable and of easier to remember by the individuals who surf the internet.

Loans and leveraging

25 03 2008

Loans are some facility that in general, assists you to gain something that you would like to have and it would be repaid in a stretched time. This is especially true for the mortgage loans. The mortgages would help you gain your dream home after a stretched repayment in a matter of years. However, many have abused the mortgages offered by the financial providers as a source of funds for the leveraging on other investments given the nature of the interest charges for mortgages being lower than most of the facilities being offered by them. This had created a risky environment whereby a lost in the investment would perhaps generate more numbers of delinquency in the nation. As the loans leveraging is such a risky factor, financial providers should enforce a stricter evaluation for the individuals who are aiming to perform such tasks.
