I have been into the domains investment for almost a year now and I would be saying that my portfolio of domains that consists of more than 420 domains is rather huge and the annual renewal fees would be hurting a lot. Perhaps it is time that I started to liquidate some of my domains to cover the cost of the annual renewal fees of other domains. I have been purchasing so many domains throughout the year that I have neglected the renewal part. I would say that buying domains is something of an addiction whereby you would not stop purchasing when you see a great domain at cheap price being sold. Liquidity is an issue too, thus this had motivated me more on selling 10% of my total domains. I guess I would have to strategize more in the future and ensure liquidity for the time to come.

I work in an international bank and I would say that the expectation of the level of service by the general population would be higher as compared to the local banks. This is always beneficial to the customers, but for me, as a bank manager, it would mean life in hell.
As they have a saying that customers are always right, this phrase has been inflated in my situation. As I am in the frontline, I face complaints by the customers everyday. The problem is that the customers nowadays are so pampered that they start to complain to the bank for small and minute problems. The situation is totally different from half a decade ago as the customers are starting to abuse the recognition of the international banks in terms of good service and “going the extra mile”. I would say that being a manager in the front line here would be more of a complaint handling person rather than focusing on increasing sales to the bank.

Lately I have been seeing more and more share investors indulging into the domains investing market. It had raised a query within myself, thus I had asked one of why they exists in this market. The answer from them is simple. Why risk your big amount of money just to earn 30-40% ROI? As the domains investing could return a profit of maybe around 500% to even 10,000%, why not venture into another type of growing market?
While they make sense, I have thought of another theory that is made up by a famous investor. The higher the risk, the higher the returns. I beg to differ as I do not really see a very high risk in the domains investment. This is because the initial cost would be at the minimal (including the annual renewal fees), but the returns is absolutely high in terms of percentage. As I do not invest into the share market myself, I think and agree completely with them.

We have seen many types of managers around the many companies that exists. There are generally the good ones and the bad ones. However, you might even understand the pain of being a good manager if you have not became one before.
For a start, good managers would always absorb the mistakes that the subordinate had done. It is a very wrong thing to do if you channel your anger by your immediate superior towards your subordinate. Contrarily you have to guide accordingly and warn if the mistakes that had been done is critical. Remember, your subordinate’s failure is your failure.
There is also the problem of decision making. The hardest part of becoming a good manager is where you have to make a decision whereby each of these decisions would mean harm to all your subordinates. This is when you have to find another solution which is in a win-win situation. More often than not, it would not exist.

We have seen the extinction of the LLLL.com on the 2nd November 2007. We have also seen the finishing of the L-L-L.com from the registrar. We are now experiencing the extinction of the premium letters LLLL.net. This has only lead us to one thing that the domains investing has already attracted more and more individuals in this line.
Of course, we would not be looking at the end users that might be the ones who had registered all the premium LLLL.net. It is definitely the resellers at the rate that it is going. I have registered a good 120 premium LLLL.nets and I would be looking at liquidating it towards the end of this year. However, I would be only selling these names if there is a return of investment of more than 500%. Who knows, by the end of the year, these premium LLLL.nets would be worth more than $80?
